When you use the request form, we may receive your company name, work email or Telegram contact, project link, brief status, expected production volume and any comments you choose to share.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, respond to you, prepare a proposal, plan production and maintain relevant business communication.

Analytics and visit notifications

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated page statistics. When the GEMS Playable Ads page is opened, we also create a technical visit notification for our team containing an anonymous visitor ID, the page and campaign source, referrer, approximate location derived from request headers, IP address, device type, operating system, browser, screen size, language and time zone. This helps us understand shared link traffic and respond to genuine business interest. Contact form values are not included in analytics events or visit notifications.

Service providers and playable demos

Website hosting, analytics and form delivery may be handled by service providers acting for GEMS. Embedded playable demos are hosted on third-party domains and may process technical request data under their own policies when loaded.

Retention and security

We keep project request information only for as long as reasonably needed for business communication, production planning, legal obligations and dispute prevention. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.

Your choices

You may ask us to provide, correct or delete personal information connected with your request, subject to applicable law. Contact us through the project form and identify the request as a privacy matter.

Applicable framework

GEMS is established in Armenia and processes personal data in line with applicable Armenian requirements, including the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live.
