Website purpose
The website presents GEMS services, production capabilities, portfolio examples and interactive demonstrations. Website content is provided for general business information and does not itself create a binding service agreement.
Project requests
Submitting a form is an invitation to discuss a project. Scope, price, schedule, rights and deliverables become binding only when agreed in a separate written contract or accepted proposal.
Intellectual property
The GEMS brand, website design, text, graphics, code and original demonstrations are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Portfolio builds may also contain rights owned by clients or other creators. You may evaluate the demos, but may not copy, extract, resell or redistribute them without permission.
Third-party content
Some demos and links lead to third-party services. We do not control their availability, security, content or terms and are not responsible for changes made by those third parties.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material, overload the service, scrape protected assets or use the demos in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
